Job Purpose
We are seeking for a UX/UI Designer to lead discovery workshops, create high-fidelity Figma designs, and validate solutions with stakeholders. You will ensure that the Work Program System UI is intuitive, responsive, and compliant with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, while collaborating closely with the Delivery Manager and technical team to align design with business and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of user needs and system workflows to ensure an intuitive and efficient interface.
- Design and prototype the Work Program System UI, focusing on usability, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Deliver wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma for development.
- Validate designs against accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery Manager and technical team to ensure alignment of design with business and technical requirements.
- Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
- Strong expertise in Figma and design systems.
- Proven ability to conduct usability analysis, task flow evaluation, and heuristic reviews.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Portfolio demonstrating enterprise-grade design projects.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for large-scale, institutional systems.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (Blazor, HTML/CSS) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
- Experience in agile development environments and iterative design processes.
