Job Purpose

We're seeking a talented and experienced UX | UI Designer to join our team for a 3-month contract to contribute to the launch of our new cybersecurity product. Your role will be crucial in shaping the product's user experience, focusing on “Use-case” discovery and design, and “Actions” discovery and design.

Responsibilities

Discovery

  • Collaborate closely with the product team to understand user needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Analyze user data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.


UX Design

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for use-cases and actions features.
  • Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to visualize the user experience.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback
  • Ensure consistency with the overall product design language and brand guidelines.


Collaboration

  • Work closely with the scrum team to ensure a smooth design and development process.
  • Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback on design reviews and user testing feedback.


  • Present usability recommendations based on user testing, analytics, and user behavior. 
  • Measure past releases and plan for further optimization. 
  • Influence non-design functions by enabling design evidence and best practices. 
  • Set design best practices and standards.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of web application design experience.
  • Experience working with data-rich applications
  • Ability to analyze data and usage patterns to generate UX insights.
  • Ability to influence design process and practices.
  • Ability to conduct and provide peer reviews to other design members.
  • Strong communication skills to provide rationale for your design decisions.
  • Strong understanding of UI, UX, interaction design, and HCI.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive layouts.
  • Passionate about solving complex problems with simple, easy-to-use solutions.
  • Advanced English.
