Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly autonomous and adaptable Staff Full-Stack Engineer to help build, connect, and optimize systems across product, growth, analytics, and infrastructure initiatives.

This role is designed for a staff-level engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and is comfortable working across multiple technologies and domains. Beyond strong full-stack capabilities, we are looking for someone with a growth-oriented mindset, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to design scalable and measurable solutions.

Success in this role depends on autonomy, systems thinking, strong analytical instincts, and the ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly. The ideal candidate combines hands-on engineering execution with ownership, sound technical judgment, and the ability to quickly adapt to evolving business and technical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations.

  • Develop and support growth-related initiatives, experiments, and internal tools.

  • Design measurement systems and analytics architecture, not just implement tracking requirements."

  • Work across multiple systems and technologies to solve business and product challenges.

  • Collaborate closely with product, growth, and leadership stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement solutions.

  • Design and improve analytics, tracking, and measurement systems to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Implement and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and services such as Stripe, analytics tools, and external APIs.

  • Contribute to architectural and technical decisions with a pragmatic and scalable mindset.

  • Operate effectively in an environment with evolving priorities and limited structure.

  • Take ownership of initiatives from discovery through implementation and iteration.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, tooling, and system efficiency.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.

  • An architect mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and make pragmatic trade-offs in ambiguous environments.

  • Strong full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend technologies.

  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.

  • Experience designing analytics and measurement systems from scratch, including event taxonomy, instrumentation strategy, attribution, and data pipelines.

  • Exposure to growth, analytics, or experimentation environments.

  • Experience with tools and concepts related to tracking, analytics, and measurement architecture, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, or similar platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous technical challenges independently.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and business contexts.

  • Experience working in a startup, high-growth, or fast-paced environment is highly valued.

  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Comfortable balancing technical depth with business impact and execution speed.

Nice to have:

  • Experience building or supporting experimentation frameworks and growth systems.

  • Familiarity with payment systems and integrations such as Stripe.

  • Experience designing scalable analytics or event-tracking architectures.

  • Previous experience as an early or foundational engineering hire.

  • Exposure to product-led growth or data-informed product development environments.
