Job Purpose
We are seeking for a QA / Automation Engineer to define test strategy, create automated scripts, and ensure the quality, performance, and security of the application. You will conduct unit, integration, regression, and accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1), while collaborating closely with developers and the Delivery Manager to guarantee that delivered features meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the testing strategy for the project.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts.
- Conduct unit, integration, regression, performance, and security tests.
- Perform accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1) including keyboard navigation, screen reader validation, and contrast ratio checks.
- Collaborate closely with developers and Delivery Manager to ensure product quality.
- Manage defect tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and conduct demos for stakeholders to showcase tested features and validate functionality.
- Communicate test results and quality status clearly in English during reviews and progress meetings.
Experience & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in QA engineering.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, JMeter).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and quality metrics.
- Familiarity with accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1).
- Excellent communication skills in English for presenting demos and reporting.
Nice to Have
- Experience in large-scale enterprise or institutional projects.
- Familiarity with test management tools and dashboards.
- Exposure to performance/load testing and continuous testing practices.
