This role is responsible for driving the performance of Google Ads campaigns through data-driven optimization and the effective use of automation and AI-powered tools. The Paid Media Buyer owns the setup, management, and continuous optimization of paid search campaigns, with a strong focus on maximizing ROI and scaling profitable initiatives.
The position combines hands-on campaign execution with analytical decision-making, requiring a performance-oriented mindset and the ability to quickly translate data insights into actionable optimizations.
Set up, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
Conduct keyword research and develop high-performing ad copy, leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and scale.
Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, keywords, targeting, and budgets as needed to maximize results.
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance reports with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Identify testing opportunities and run A/B experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion outcomes.
3+ years of proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads PPC campaigns, with hands-on ownership of budgets, bidding strategies, keyword structures, and performance reporting.
Strong experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, and continuous performance improvement.
Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with AI tools for keyword research, ad copy generation, and campaign optimization.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and conversion-focused ad copy.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
