About the Position

Overview

Location: Full remote

Schedule: Full time - EST timezone.

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for driving the performance of Google Ads campaigns through data-driven optimization and the effective use of automation and AI-powered tools. The Paid Media Buyer owns the setup, management, and continuous optimization of paid search campaigns, with a strong focus on maximizing ROI and scaling profitable initiatives.

The position combines hands-on campaign execution with analytical decision-making, requiring a performance-oriented mindset and the ability to quickly translate data insights into actionable optimizations.


Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on performance and ROI.

  • Conduct keyword research and develop high-performing ad copy, leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and scale.

  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, keywords, targeting, and budgets as needed to maximize results.

  • Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance reports with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Identify testing opportunities and run A/B experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads PPC campaigns, with hands-on ownership of budgets, bidding strategies, keyword structures, and performance reporting.

  • Strong experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, and continuous performance improvement.

  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for keyword research, ad copy generation, and campaign optimization.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and conversion-focused ad copy.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
