About the Position

Overview

Location: Full remote

Schedule: Full time - EST timezone.

Duration: 3-month contract


Job Purpose

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on growth marketing campaigns with a strong focus on lifecycle communications. The Growth Marketing Contractor will drive email and in-app engagement initiatives designed to nurture leads, activate users, and support conversion across the customer journey.

The position combines hands-on campaign execution with data-driven decision-making, requiring strong experience in marketing automation, audience segmentation, sequencing, and performance tracking. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are targeted, timely, and measurable.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns, including 1:1 nurture sequences, email blasts, and in-app notifications.

  • Build and manage audience targeting and segmentation strategies to support personalized messaging.

  • Develop campaign copy and creative assets, ensuring alignment with messaging goals and brand guidelines.

  • Design and manage campaign sequencing and automation across marketing platforms.

  • Execute campaigns using Salesforce and Marketo, ensuring accurate setup, delivery, and tracking.

  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Prepare clear and actionable performance reports, highlighting insights, trends, and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader growth and engagement initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience executing growth or lifecycle marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on email and in-app channels.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo (required).

  • Solid understanding of audience segmentation, nurture programs, and marketing automation.

  • Strong copywriting skills for lifecycle communications and conversion-focused messaging.

  • Experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

  • Ability to work independently as a contractor and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 6 Sense, Iterable, and/or Groove.

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments.
