Job Purpose

We are looking for a talented and strategic Graphic Designer to join the marketing team of one of our growth partners, with a specific focus on consumer product marketing within the Amazon ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative excellence with marketing intuition and enjoys owning the full lifecycle of visual content creation from research and concept to execution and optimization.

The ideal candidate has strong experience working with Amazon assets (A+ Content, Storefront, Product Images) and understands how visual content drives performance in e-commerce. This person will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure visual strategies align with both brand guidelines and platform best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing assets for consumer products, including digital ads, Amazon A+ Content (EBC), product image stacks, comparison charts, and brand story modules.
  • Create, format, and manage updates for Amazon Brand Stores.
  • Ensure consistency with Amazon’s content guidelines and visual standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and performance teams to translate strategies into high-performing visual content.
  • Analyze visual and marketing trends, conduct competitor audits, and apply insights to create compelling assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon creative trends, platform changes, and best practices.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all designs, aligned with brand tone and voice.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and help ideate visuals that drive engagement and sales.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within consumer goods, e-commerce, or retail environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-driven design work for digital platforms and e-commerce.
  • Experience with Amazon (A+ Content, Storefront) is a strong plus, but other retail platforms are also valued.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related tools.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into visual strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines independently.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced English level (both written and spoken)
