Job Purpose

We are looking for a talented and strategic Graphic Designer to join the team of one of our growth partners, as part of our fast-growing, creative marketing ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone with a strong visual sensibility and a marketing mindset, someone who understands how design influences campaign performance and user engagement.

The ideal candidate is not only a skilled designer but also someone who can collaborate closely with performance and content teams, bringing marketing strategies to life through compelling visual assets. This role requires someone who can design effective marketing creatives, contribute to ad concepts, and stay current with digital trends and industry standards.


Responsibilities

  • Design a wide range of marketing assets including digital ads, email campaigns, product visuals, and other promotional materials.Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to translate creative strategies into high-performing visual content.
  • Contribute to the development of creative ad concepts with fresh, on-brand design ideas.
  • Create engaging static and animated assets for both paid and organic campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, platform best practices, and competitor activity.
  • Support the creation of motion graphics or short-form video content when needed.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within digital marketing environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with marketing assets such as ads, email designs, product callouts, and social content.
  • Understanding of how design impacts performance in digital campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and collaboration with performance marketing teams.
