Job Purpose
Our growth partner is looking for a solid FrontEnd Engineer that is equally comfortable with your expertise in React.js and strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to contribute to the development of our growth partner’s SaaS platform that collects and houses videos, photos, and text testimonials. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing front-end solutions to aid in content collection and enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop UI for web applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build new features.
- Proactively identify challenges and opportunities in a startup environment, driving innovative solutions while collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement responsive designs and ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain and improve application performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Working within an agile team and proactively engaging.
- Be proactive in documenting your own implementations and technical decisions.
- Engage in the design process by proposing technologies and solutions for the product.
- Ability to iterate on implementation as requirements develop.
Experience & Qualifications

4+ years of industry experience as a React.js / Web Developer.
- Proficient in React Class Components.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Proficient in Docker, with experience in building and managing containerized applications.
- Ability to understand and work with PHP code.
- Design scalable interfaces that contribute to flexible design systems
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge in algorithms, design patterns, and modularization.
- Ability to integrate various APIs/services into custom solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with SCSS, MySQL, AWS, Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English.
