Location: Full remote. Located in Córdoba, Argentina.

Job Purpose

As a FrontEnd Engineer with a proven track record of delivering customer-centric user experiences in high-growth environments, particularly in early-stage startups, you will take on a key individual contributor role within the growth partner's team. You will be responsible for shaping the user experience, focusing on usability, accessibility, and data visualization. Your work will involve active participation in design and architectural decisions, understanding requirements, and implementing critical interfaces and complex components for new systems and features.


Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute the customer-centric roadmap to develop outstanding SaaS user experiences that delight our customers.
  • Produce high quality, maintainable, and scalable software.
  • Participate in design and development of new architecture for existing software modules and applications.
  • Diagnose issues on production systems proactively using various monitoring tools.
  • Work as part of a team, perform code reviews, and apply technical expertise to exciting programming and design problems.
  • Collaborate with Backend engineers to build exciting products for our growth partner's customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization including customer success, product, and design teams.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in building applications in a professional environment.
  • Detailed working experience with web technologies such as HTML5 CSS, Javascript, Typescript.
  • Experience developing with ReactJS and libraries such as HighchartJS, Emotion.
  • Experience with CI/CD frameworks and integration process workflows such as Github, CircleCI.
  • Ability to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Wellversed in best practices in the software engineering practices such as high quality code, thorough testing, and appropriate documentation.
  • Advanced English.
