Job Purpose


We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join our growth partner’s team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling large-scale accounts for e-commerce or DTC companies, demonstrating expertise in advertising platforms and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, budget management, and analytics. This role involves developing strategic recommendations, scaling budgets effectively, and staying updated on the latest digital advertising trends. 

Responsibilities

  • Research, create, and continuously refine ad creatives for platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital channels. 
  • Ensure that all ads are optimized to maximize return on investment (ROI) and enhance brand awareness.
  • Utilize analytics tools across advertising platforms and Google Analytics to track and measure the success of campaigns.
  • Understand and manage Google Merchant Center, ensuring product listings and data feed accuracy.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and data insights to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Regularly monitor competitors’ advertising strategies and industry trends to keep our campaigns innovative and competitive.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform ad targeting and improve search engine visibility.
  • Maintain organized records of all ad campaigns, strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee and manage advertising budgets, providing insights on how to scale budgets effectively to maximize returns.


Experience & Qualifications

  • +3 years of experience managing large-scale accounts for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) companies.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms and tools, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and its functionalities.
  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
  • Deep understanding of budget management and scaling strategies.
  • Proficient in keyword research and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
